    In this project is investigates the importance that has the communication internal and it management strategic for the obtaining of results positive in them GADS parish of Tungurahua, case GAD parish of Pilahuín, since make communication and make management is its main activity in benefit of the sector to which presides over the GAD parish of Pilahuín. By this reason the present work of research is has focused in perform a hard analysis of the environment internal of the GAD parish of Pilahuín, with the purpose of establish strategies of improves for the communication internal and its management strategic that allow increase them levels of effectiveness communication as also of management. As regards them data thrown by this research, them customers internal of the GAD parish of Pilahuín, i.e., their workers indicate that is important correct aspects as it reported internal and it management strategic that is manages within the institution as part essential for reach their goals, and such factors them workers them considered as flaws that is should correct more to fund. The results demonstrate it outstanding importance that to trial of them actors has a communication internal poor and handled a management strategic little proper in the process that daily practice. These results provide information that is to provision of them authorities interested in developing a plan of communication internal to this type of organizations and a model of management strategic for these institutions. To its time claim the effectiveness of the methodology used for the research and encourage the realization of new studies on this problematic.
