Carrera de Marketing y Gestión de Negocios., 2018-03) Salazar Albán, Jazmina Maricela; Barragán Ramírez, Christian AndrésThe Ambato Teaching Hospital works as a unit that provides medical care in different specialties to the population of Zone 3, the most relevant specialties are: Hospitalization, Imaging, Emergency, Intensive Care, Pharmacy, Surgery, Gynecology, Cardiology, Psychiatry, among others. The problem was inadequate endomarkeitng strategies that affect the provision of health services to users. The fact of the investigation was to investigate how the inadequate endomarketing strategies affect the provision of health services of the users of the Public Hospitals of the Ambato canton. Through a detailed and thorough study of the factors that make up both variables which generates several problems for users when they approach the institution. The most relevant results were: that the endomarketing model factors directly influence the provision of services. This was evidenced by applying the multivariable linear regression model whose values (percentages) were very high, which is detailed below: The adjusted R squared of each model was: [1] Commitment (50.1%), [2] Remuneration (87.0%), [3] Work environment (68.8%), [4] Compliance (58.7%), [5] Initiatives (63.9%), [6] Resources (71.0%) and [7] Service (77.2%); which influence the variable service provision. After having developed the study, it was considered to promote the design of an endomarketing model that allows improving the provision of health services in the Ambato Teaching Hospital focused on internal interaction, motivation, training, prestige and evaluation.Item El Endomarketing y la satisfacción del cliente interno en la empresa Importadora Alvarado Vásconez Cia Ltda., de la ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Because the company is not yet aware that the most important asset is its internal customers or collaborators, the following research paper is presented where the Endomarketing is studied and the internal customer satisfaction of the aforementioned company is presented. In the development of this research work it will be possible to observe how in the satisfaction of the collaborators, aspects such as the training system, the professional growth, rewards and incentives are involved. That is why Endomarketing strategies will be proposed, especially accompanied by an Annual Training Plan for all employees of the company Importadora Alvarado Vàsconez Cía. Ltda. Maestría en Gerencia de Institución de Salud., 2017) Sánchez Carvajal, Iveth Katerine; Abril Freire, María CristinaInternal communication is one of the organizational aspects currently considered as a strategic tool capable of positively influencing the proper functioning and business articulation to offer a quality service. The overall objective of this study is to determine the link between internal communication and the work efficiency of the External Consultation staff of Hospital General Docente Ambato; Using the field research modality through the technique of the survey through the Psychosocial Factors Test composed of 30 questions grouped in 4 dimensions to measure the level of internal communication and work efficiency of the 96 people who work in the Area of External Query, these results were transferred to the status sheet of each of the dimensions. The independent internal communication variable was associated with dimension 2: training, information and communication; While the dependent variable was associated with dimension 3: time management. The results allow us to conclude that the factors that affect internal communication in the External Consultation Staff of the Hospital General Docente Ambato are the poor use of means of communication, ignorance of job profiles according to hierarchical levels, uncontrolled flows of informal communication and poor internal communication Of institutional planning, which blocks labor efficiency. The level of work efficiency is inadequate due to the inability of the employee to exercise autonomy over the pace of work since they cannot take breaks in their work place by the continuous and permanent process of customer service that often exceeds the working day And overtime is not recognized economically, generating stressful work environments that affect group and individual performance. Escalante In this research the problem that crosses the company is the discontent of customers for the service provided by the company Tesla, caused by the poor implementation of endomarketing which has negatively affected the customer dissatisfaction was studied by service that the company Tesla. The results of the surveys indicate that endomarketing in TESLA is a new issue that does not know the employees and the manager, so socialization and implementation as a means of improving the administrative management is necessary. In addition, most people who have come to the company have not received adequate treatment from employees of the company, because it has not established the corporate values that routed the treatment to be given to customers. Thus customers and significant revenue for the current financial performance would be lost. To solve the current problems endomarketing plan consisting of the business philosophy, situational diagnosis of TESLA and internal communication strategies, motivational strategies internal customer and staff development strategies is proposed.
