The Seis Sigma Methodology is widely used in the enterprises for the improvement of the quality, increasing of the productivity and decreasing of the costs, coming into play a business improvement. However, nowadays, the challenge consists on leading these tools to the improvements that have an immediate positive impact about the value differing, which requires the sorting of Seis Sigma with the competitive strategies of the organization. That is why the importance to establish a strategic management system able to measure, analyze, improve and control the corporative performance and at the same time to establish the responsibilities of leadership and commitment. The specific purpose of this investigation is to develop a measurement model of corporative global performance through the alignment of strategic objectives (Balanced Scoreboard) and the improvement tools of productivity (Seis Sigma) for processes with multiple answers that would be the robust enough to serve based on its application within the poultry industry to connect the performance strategy efficiently and the customer satisfaction. The model called SSIMB: 2017 proposed shows how a control framework must be implemented with the aim to go farther than the DMAMC, or the supervision of performance of the financial and non-financial measures with this could be determined in an effective way how the indicators could be embedded and be related each other to improve the global performance of an Enterprise. The model applies that the strategy, performance and the customer satisfaction are aligned, the organization will obtain benefits for an intense relation that exists between both the performance process and the strategic initiatives.

In the competitive and versatile environment in which today's companies are submerged, accurate sublime obligation increasingly provide useful and reliable information to make timely and proactive decisions. In the present project intends to research strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for the company to deploy strategic objectives where indicators that help measure the performance of these objectives are obtained. As next step is deploying the BSC at the departmental level. Finally the processes discussed operating of the company pharmaceutical PyZ, the results achieved in this study are part of a management model supported in the BSC that contribute to transform the weaknesses found in strongholds such as the improvement in transport and time of delivery of the products, establish promotion strategies and establish a service post-sale. This proposal will serve as administrative tool and management will contribute to improving the system of management control of the company to provide better service and achieve a higher position within the pharmaceutical market.

El presente proyecto de investigación se desarrolló en el Centro Educativo Adventista Ambato, su actividad se centra en el área de la educación particular, fue creado el año de 1949. El Centro Educativo Adventista Ambato abre sus puertas a la comunidad estudiantil ambateña, brindándoles un ambiente lleno de valores donde se obtiene una educación de calidad, que forman líderes en beneficio de la sociedad ecuatoriana y del mundo. El problema principal de la institución se centra en el deficiente cumplimiento y desarrollo de objetivos ya que no existe colaboración por ninguno de los miembros de la comunidad educativo, es por eso que con el fin de dar solución a los inconvenientes que se viene presentando la institución se implementara un modelo de cuadro de mando integral, con la finalidad de obtener una excelente calidad de educación y sobre todo cumplir las metas y objetivos. Al implantar este modelo se contará con la ayuda de la institución, además se basa en la mejora continua y el replanteamiento de la misión y visión de la institución además se logrará el apoyo incondicional de los padres de familia y todos aquellos involucrados en la educación Adventista. Por otra parte se evaluará y se realizará una retroalimentación de todo lo que hoy en si es el ser de la institución, y así se cumplirá con los objetivos de desarrollar un cuadro de mando integral y estudiar lo que es la mejora continua. Con todo esto se llega a la conclusión que la mejora continua es de gran importacia en la educación ya que conlleva a que el cuadro de mando integral sea una herramienta de gran utilidad para la institución, porque permite medir el éxito de la misma sin acudir a las técnicas arcaicas tradicionales; ayudando a la institución a un mejoramiento continuo permanente mediante un proceso de evaluación.
