    Industria 4.0: factor de competitividad en el sector carrocero de Tungurahua

    En la provincia de Tungurahua operan 27 de las 89 empresas en todo el país, además representa el 13.57 por ciento del PIB en el sector de manufactura con un USD 13.987.057 al mismo tiempo este sector es un gran generador de empleo a nivel nacional, ofreciendo empleo estable a 1.348 colaboradores, 137 operadores ocasionales y además de 53 colaboradores con alguna discapacidad basados en la Ley de Código de Trabajo (SRI, 2017). El objetivo de esta investigación es explorar el entorno de la industria 4.0 y como pueden contribuir a transformar las empresas en el sector carrocero, como se conoce la importancia del uso de tecnología en la industria carrocera es de gran ayuda ya que en medio de la globalización que atraviesa todo el mundo el no disponer del uso de tecnologías disruptivas para realizar procesos interconectados en base al internet, big data, computo móvil puede generar en las empresas carroceras un inadecuado manejo de la información. La metodología que se utilizó fue en base al enfoque cuantitativo ya que se examinó datos e información mismos que fueron procesados a través de estadísticas. Además de una investigación no experimental que se basó en conceptos y variables que se dieron sin la intervención directa del investigador es decir de una manera natural y luego se realizó un análisis en base a la información obtenida. Se busca crear un impacto en la transformación tecnológica incidiendo en varios aspectos que van desde la producción hasta el control inventarios a más del control y soporte de los clientes.

    Mejoramiento de la productividad de la empresa Carrocerías Manser en base al desarrollo de la metodología 5s

    La pequeña empresa en la actualidad se ven enfrentadas a un constante cambio debido a factores externos que dificultan el desarrollo pleno de las actividades como empresas, Manser no es la excepción de manera que ha tenido que evidenciar múltiples retos organizacionales, uno de ellos es no contar con una metodología de trabajo que ayude a mejorar sus productividad, lo cual afecta a su posicionamiento y la cobertura en el mercado, de tal manera el no proponer un enfoque productivo basado en la metodología de las 5S ha limitado el aprovechamiento de oportunidades. En base a ello es importante generar una mejora bajo el enfoque de la metodología de las 5S, ya que esto ayudará no solo en el incremento de su productividad, sino que además creará un compromiso en el personal quien labora en la empresa de trabajar en un lineamiento de mejora como paso fundamental del desarrollo pleno de Manser Se permitió determinar la necesidad de diseñar un modelo de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa, de tal forma que por medio de ella se impulse un desarrollo pleno de orden, limpieza, clasificación, disciplina y estandarización en el área de producción. La recomendación se acopla en establecer un modelo de mejora que impulse la productividad a través de la plena utilización de los recursos con que cuenta Manser y a su vez el cumplimiento de sus objetivos que como empresa pretende alcanzar a través de la productividad.

    Satisfacción laboral y compromiso organizacional en trabajadores de pequeñas empresas carroceras de la ciudad de Ambato

    The bodywork sector is of great importance for the development of our country beause it contributes to the progress and dynamization of the economy of the provinces of Pichincha, Cotopaxi, Chimborazo, Imbabura and Tungurahua, among others. The present research work has been aimed at knowing the relationship between Work Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to improve the lifestyle and quality of the workers of small bodyworks companies of Ambato. The results obtained in the surveys shows that the workers present a type of affective commitment and continuity, which indicates the need the need for motivation and constant training in each area of work giving importance to the human resource and thus improving the functioning of companies. Meanwhile, each of the demographic variables with respect to organizational commitment and work satisfaction allows to find a significant relationship with civil status, education and seniority in the company, and reflects the reality of small bodyworks companies live.

    La gestión organizacional y su incidencia en los procesos de producción de carrocerías en Tungurahua

    The bodybuilding sector of the Province of Tungurahua is made up of six companies, with a presence in the market in an average of 15 to 48 years. Companies dedicated to the production and marketing of coachbuilders, urban, tourism, interprovincial and school, mostly these companies are associated with the CANFAC (Cámara Nacional de Fabricantes de Carrocerias) and others independently. The present research work has focused on performing an analysis of Organizational Management in order to know the causes or factors that limit them, in this way to see how it influences the production processes of the company’s coachbuilders´s of the province of Tungurahua The data thrown by the field research applied to the twenty-six coachbuilders, the information was collected through the instrument of the survey, addressed to the six managers or owners of the coachbuilders, indicate several failures and nonconformities such as: internal policies and external, grant direct financing, apply new strategies, improve production area, qualified personnel, constant innovation, Organizational design, since these are the ones that limit the Management, therefore the optimal Organizational development. So the proposal and as a result of the research led us to design a Balanced Score Card model, aimed at the coachbuilders sector in order to identify the way in which the production processes are carried out and evaluate them by means of Management indicators, in this way It allows to align the strategies with the objectives and thus improve the Production Processes in the coachbuilders companies

    Caracterización del cumplimiento de Norma ISO 9001-2015 en el sector carrocero de la provincia de Tungurahua

    The present investigation will be based on a study to determine the characterization in the fulfillment of the NORMS ISO 9001-2015 in the car body companies, the importance of obtaining a Quality Management System for the organizations, it is based on a method for an excellent work , in the improvement of quality, they become a competitive advantage for organizations, which is why companies are interested in obtaining this certification to guarantee their customers the quality and improvement of their products or services. For this reason a study was carried out in the National Chamber of Bodywork Manufacturers (CANFAC), which has among its objectives to strengthen the bodybuilding sector, through assistance, advice and technical training to improve the quality of products and efficiency in the productive processes, as well as the promotions in national and international fairs, promote the modernization and expansion of the metal-mechanic industry, to contribute to the socio-economic development of the country and the province. The methodology that was used in the exploratory, logical and systematized processes for an adequate study, and the instrument that was used for this investigation was the questionnaire, this instrument was made in different representatives of the bodies of the province. The results obtained, with the characterization of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard in bodybuilding companies in the province of Tungurahua, show that of 100% of the study that was applied in the CANFAC bodybuilding sector, 100% of these organizations have ISO 9001 standards. Therefore, the reality of the bodybuilding sector is reflected in the use of ISO 9001: 2015 standards, which will generate a contribution to sustainability and growth in the quality of its products.

    Aportes del coaching ejecutivo en la toma de decisiones para el sector carrocero de la Provincia de Tungurahua

    Tungurahua´s bodybuilder sector receives the support of the National Government through processes for the elaboration of technical norms and socialization of the same ones. In addition, the province has a research center called the Center for Productive and Metal-Mechanical Development of the Provincial Government of Tungurahua. This laboratory tries to avoid that the entrepreneurs are forced to travel to the main cities to carry out technical tests required by law. Compiled the needs of the sector body of the province could be observed that the representatives of the sector fail to standardize their products, either by their organizational structure or by the accumulation of errors generated by an empirical management. Therefore, since Tungurahua is the main focus of the country in terms of body production, it is necessary that the administrative area be trained and updated with tools that allow its companies to be directed towards the achievement of their goals. The process takes into account the motivation and accompaniment for all its members, and the study concentrates its application in the first instance in the company called SERMAN BUS, the same that is capable of assuming a leading role in the decision making of the bodybuilder sector in the province and outside of it, and through this to obtain benefits for the whole sector. With this research we support companies that fail to complete the homologation process. Their managers will face the challenges that the rules and regulations pose, knowing that the decisions they make will be right.

    Creación de la línea de Importación de material eléctrico para carrocerías de la empresa Davmotor Cia. Ltda.

    The company Davmotor Cia.Ltda is dedicated to the production and commercialization of car bodies in the canton of Ambato province of Tungurahua which has been established as a family business for several years in the market. There are several companies bodies so there is a high demand for electrical equipment and in the environment there is little import of power line for the bodybuilder sector because of its high tariff, little knowledge of the documentation to carry out the importation which is detrimental to not having everything Necessary for the construction of bodies, delaying the delivery of the buses. As a result of the feasibility study with the indicators of the internal rate of return of 38% that is positive, the passive rate of financial institutions equivalent to 4.82% as opposed to the minimum rate of return of 8.42% in the commercialization of the material Electric, it is necessary to sell 23 kits of electrical material to the year to balance the costs and expenses of the investment and the cost-benefit ratio is of $ 1.50 with period of recovery of three months and seven days so with this analysis the investors are willing to put their Money in this project to generate a greater profit to the income of the financial system. Reason for which the present entrepreneurial work was carried out, which is the creation of the line of importation of electrical material for bodywork that will facilitate the acquisition of the electrical equipment of the bodybuilder sector and in particular the company Davmotor Cia.Ltda.

    El Branding y la Fidelización de clientes de la empresa Carrocerías Pérez de la ciudad de Ambato.

    The Carrocerías Perez has been devoted to the manufacture of bodies, assembly, upholstery whereby experienced phases of market introduction, currently is in the growth stage leading to that has taken strategic actions to maintain and successfully improve the product on the market. Ignorance of Branding and Customer Loyalty and Marketing model will allow more fully perceive the position of customers, gaining a better knowledge of the market, encouraging a high corporate image, achieving higher percentage of market share, taking greater lead generation which becomes a competitive advantage for the workplace of the company. The data produced by field research applied to customers of the company show that it is necessary to solve issues that relate to advertising, promotion, after sales, customer loyalty, these aspects are of great success for the sale of the brand the company. Thus, the proposal focuses on designing a model plan for the Carrocerías Branding Perez de Ambato, Tungurahua province, as an alternative solution to the problem investigated.

    The Carrocerías Patricio Cepeda Cia. Ltda. Has been dedicated to the design and construction of bodies for passenger transport more than 20 years, during which time he has had a favorable growth, which must be taken several strategic actions and introducing within the company, to maintain and better way of a successful customer satisfaction to acquire the body. It is for this reason that the present research project has focused on undertaking a comprehensive analysis of internal and external environment of the company, in order to introduce the internal marketing within the same to consider it as the foundation of companies modern as they can excel and be competitive within the market to which it is focused. Through internal marketing strategies tailored to this research project was able to correct some deficiencies that occurs within the company, especially in terms of the techniques are performed in the company, which have failed to there is increased productivity within the same permitting progress to the competition. With the new proposal to be implemented, there will be a greater willingness of all who make up the company, to make the necessary internal changes within it, which progressively will bring benefits to grow and develop in all aspects, so which the research project will be useful to achieve the objectives of the Carrocerías Patricio Cepeda Cia. Ltda.

    "El Clima Laboral y su relación con el Liderazgo y Motivación en la Empresa Carrocera Metálicas PAPER`S"

    La empresa carrocera metálicas PAPER´S es fabricante de carrocerías industriales, cuenta con un bajo nivel de liderazgo y motivación lo cual presenta un mal clima laboral. PAPER‟S inició su actividad en el año de 1995, para el día de hoy ser una de las empresas carroceras con gran prestigio, ubicándose en la provincia de Tungurahua en el Barrio Huachi Chico. El clima laboral es un tema de interés de todo gerente de empresas por conocer en qué estado se encuentra el clima con sus clientes, el cual refleja en que situación está el talento humano en cuanto a su motivación extrínseca como intrínseca lo cual genera una armonía dentro de sus actividades laborales generando un buen ambiente laboral entre todos los clientes. Luego del análisis se llegó a la conclusión con respecto al clima laboral de la empresa que no todos tiene la misma motivación extrínseca para desarrollar el trabajo. En cuanto al liderazgo y motivación dentro de la empresa hace que el clima laboral se vea afectado encontrando que no están ligados en asumir responsabilidades dentro de un grupo de trabajo lo cual necesitan ser capacitados para superar los problemas internos en la empresa. La propuesta resultante de la investigación es un modelo de liderazgo situacional para mejorar el clima laboral de la empresa carrocera metálicas PAPER´S, logrando el manejo de un buen liderazgo que ayude en la armonización del trabajo y sean más cooperativos y responsables en sus actividades laborales. Al mejorar las relaciones internas de los trabajadores permitirá asumir mayores responsabilidades dentro de su trabajo y a la vez sentirse motivados al mejorar su estilo de vida dentro y fuera de la empresa.
