Carrera de Marketing y Gestión de Negocios., 2015-07) Miniguano Miniguano, Guido Paúl 0503247116; Altamirano Analuisa, Danilo Javier 1803086923Industrial company G.C is located in the city of Ambato it sells products and services for industrial safety and fire extinguishers, helmets, gloves, ear muffs, shoes, industrial boots, firefighting equipment and rescue using firefighters products industrial hygiene, charge of extinguishers and training lectures on fire prevention. The problem was detected in this investigation, since there was no system of marketing information as a result there was a good sales management company, management could not take market areas decisions by not having the information needed to meet the current needs of enterprise customers, to improve service quality and offer a good product to maximize sales novice. The data produced by field research applied to external customers of the company show that it is important to improve aspects within the company to design a model of marketing information system in order to provide good customer service and product quality and in turn increase sales levels of the company. The implementation of a system of marketing information will help improve the administration of sales in the company, which in turn will increase sales levels, and allow management to make better marketing decisions as to develop strategies market growth.
