PROFAMILY in the city of Ambato is a private company dedicated to the provision of health services in the branch of family planning and its collaterals following dissociation from APROFE. The research project has focused on the analysis of the provision of services provided by the private health sector in the city of Ambato, due to the insufficient reception of the population and medical services, giving as causes the pre-paid medicine onerous, reduced physical spaces, long waiting times, small number of employees and no innovation in specialties. Consequently, the consequences have been presented in the demotivation of clients, transfers of patients to other health care centers, complaints and permanent claims. The results achieved indicate that there is a need to improve health management. In the first instance, health services are expensive since medicine is acquired from foreign laboratories and it discourages the client from obtaining such products. The attention is not uniform in each medical center, it is observed different appreciations regarding the attention in time, medical revision that influences when saving or controlling a life situation of the patient. In PROFAMILY CIA. Ltda., A service management model is proposed starting from the 8PS of marketing, starting with the study of the situational environment using the SWOT analysis tool (Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses, Threats) and followed by the design of strategies: Product that is the service of attention to users with quality and added value, Plaza in the most strategic site, Promotion with the use of digital media, Competitive prices, People trained to provide health services, Physical evidence in more comfortable infrastructure, Process of care to the customer more agile and Productivity reached optimal performances.
