The "Mundo de las Suelas" organization manufactures and markets footwear supplies, obtaining from its suppliers the best products to offer its distinguished clientele; Started to position itself in the mind of the consumer as an honest and responsible company with its customers and creditors. There are no Ecuadorian companies that help satisfy the market for people with diabetes; Since in the middle there are companies that offer you shoes, but do not offer other products as templates, for these people; We must understand that a person with diabetes can no longer make use of products that are normally marketed in the market; For fear of being hurt. The data presented by the present field research, applied to the clients of the organization indicate a high need for products for diabetics, finding a very unsatisfied potential demand for the province of Tungurahua. The proposal resulting from this entrepreneurship project helped to create the new line of templates for people suffering from diabetes, satisfying a great latent need in the market.
