    The prefabricated company "María Elena", is dedicated to the elaboration of different types of prefabricated, like blocks and paving stones, this company has been in the market for several years, during which time it has undergone several changes that it has been able to face and to continue in the market, however, during the last year its sales have been diminishing because of several factors, such as the decrease of the demand and the increase of the competition. The aim of this project is to carry out the necessary studies for the production of a new line of pavers that comply with the technical standards of construction, to increase sales, improve the company's current positioning and contribute to the public construction sector and Private inside or outside the province of Tungurahua, for a better visualization of modern figures in what refers to paved roads, be these pedestrian or vehicular. The data collected in the interview with the builders of the area, leads to the need to create a new line of vehicular pavers, as they mention that there are no good quality products for unpaved alternate roads, that is the way That the company seeks to provide low cost but good quality pavers with positive results in achieving its objectives. Therefore, it is proposed to create a new line of pavers with better raw material and production procedures, to provide an efficient processing, allowing to meet expectations, offering a good service at a considerable price, satisfying customers with an innovative producer And good quality.
