In this context, the market study for the creation of a company dedicated to the production, marketing and distribution of infusions based on cocoa husks, whose target market or target is the province of Tungurahua, located in planning area three, is developed. Based on the surveys conducted and everything exposed to the problem that is the unmet potential demand is the creation of the company because the financial analysis conducted values and attractive percentages for any investor. The market study analyzed reflects a very attractive potential demand to make the investment with an incipient supply because the product that the company offers does not exist in the local or national market even though Ecuador is one of the main exporting countries of cocoa of first quality, however, the residues of the cocoa industry are rejected and eliminated within the primary factories, which is a direct consequence of the lack of market research and the creation of new products.
