It is for this reason that the present research, has focused on an analysis of internal and external business environment, in order to develop an Information System Marketing, aimed at attracting potential customers in the city of Ambato. After reviewing the surveys that were conducted in this research project could identify who our customers prefer goods at a good price, the advertising medium by which the host has more ARCOSA Real Estate is the press because it is the most used by our potential customers. In short, the objective of the Marketing Information System is to have a complete analysis of customers, to establish a close relationship with potential customers, allowing their needs and maintain service evolution.
