    Importadora Jaral Autoparts, is a company dedicated to the distribution of parts, pieces and auto parts; it offers the widest range of spare and auto parts for all vehicles. The best quality in products in order to cover external and internal markets. That is the reason why the work is focused to do an extensive research on Intellectual Capital and the development of job skills in order to propose a Management Plan in the Intellectual Capital to improve the job skills in the company. Through the data produced in the internal customer research, we found many aspects as the know that there is not an adequate organizational system that affects the interaction between staff, besides the work environment needs a change, we must develop skills in the company staff to create a success and it will forge a business future. As a result of this research we propose the implementation of a Plan of Human Capital Management to improve the development of the skills, which will help to improve the customer relationships and provide a better service, using effectively the strategies of intellectual capital of a company in order to increase the ability of this company to respond to economic conditions that satisfy the need for trained talent.
