The hotel sector has grown considerably, due to the fact that the province of Pastaza is one of the most visited tourist destinations in the country, for this reason the present research work has focused on knowing the perception that the tourists have about the quality of the Service offered by the hotel sector, and its influence on provincial tourism development. Through a survey of tourists and owners of accommodation establishments, it was possible to identify that several factors should be taken into account in order to improve the quality of the service, such as infrastructure, training of staff, implementation of complementary services, etc. .; As it does not reach an adequate level, to satisfy the tourists who visit the province of Pastaza. For this reason a quality management model is proposed for the hotel sector of the province of Pastaza, because it covers several parameters to promote the continuous improvement of the services and infrastructure of the accommodation establishments, and to be able to fulfill the expectations and demands of the national and foreign tourists, which will boost the provincial tourist growth.
