    Broadcasters offer advertising services to their customers, this research project includes theoretical and numerical data that identify a problem of concern for the radio companies in Ambato, since the policies and processes do not favor these companies so that they can be increased the sales. It is for this reason that the present investigation carries out an ample analysis of some of the factors that generate the problematic, at the same time try to propose possible solutions that contribute to an improvement of the sales in the companies. Previous data collected and analyzed in the course of the investigation identified some aspects that do not allow sales to increase, for example aspects such as quality of service, lack of professionalization of company personnel, or lack of Publicity and promotion are some of the contributing factors to the problem, identified through data collection instruments. In this way, it becomes known that companies need to have a tool to help solve this type of problem, so the proposal developed during this research poses the appropriate procedures to follow for a correct sales management, among these procedures Aspects such as sales planning, motivation programs and sales training, as well as sales evaluation, are detailed in order to minimize errors in the processes.
