    The Municipality of Pillaro was created to ensure the development of people through social policy promoting principles that meet quality requirements, supporting better poverty and being providers of quality contributing to adequate infrastructure and protection culture and traditions. It is for this reason that this research has focused on making a comprehensive analysis of internal staff in order to establish communication processes to enable better work performance. The data produced by field research applied to internal staff of the Municipality of Pillaro indicate that it is important that good communication and allow staff to interact and communicate information in order to ensure proper information. So the proposal resulting from the research I turn my me to identify and design a process of organizational communication that promote staff relations relying on building strategies that contribute to the improvement of job performance through staff interaction taking into account the principles and values leadership, teamwork, efficiency, effectiveness, equity and others to ensure the excellent attention of the services, and promoting the integration of people, coordinating activities, helps to anticipate problems, aid to decision-making.
