The research carried out is aimed at structuring an internal and external analysis of the market through the people involved in the textile sector of the planning area 3, where the behavior of the market structure is determined in order to establish and apply strategies that allow the economic dynamism of the sector through the marketing of textile inputs. Once completed the field research of the enterprise of textile inputs denote the data collected to potential customers, that the textile inputs used have met their need in a partial way in 100%, due to the approach used until the present in the commercialization Of textile inputs where the textile inputs are made to market them, while in the 4C approach a study of the needs of the customer is carried out in order to be able to market the textile inputs in order to satisfy their needs and customer loyalty to the company. Through the study applied in the textile sector of the planning area 3, the entrepreneurship of the creation of a company of textile inputs based on the 4C, will be able to satisfy the needs of the customers through the proper development and application of each of the 4C, which are: Client, Cost, Convenience and Communication.
