The present case study has the fundamental purpose of responding to the problem detected in the pharmacy department of the IESS Ambato Hospital, the objective of this investigation was to investigate in what form the inadequate budgetary execution in the satisfaction of the members of the Hospital, the problem arises from the absence of drugs in the Hospital and the progressive increase in social coverage, since by means of (Executive Decree No. 3119, Official Register Supplement 797, 2010, Article 37), it is established that the spouse, the minor children, the father and mother of the insured, the aspiring officer and the applicant for police are entitled to sickness and maternity benefits.
