Item La gestión por procesos y el cumplimiento de las metas de la Dirección Distrital 15D01- Salud(2016-05) Peñafiel Peñafiel, Bertha Elizabeth; DT - Ortiz Román, Hermel DavidThe Management District 15D01 Archidona - Carlos Julio Arosemena Tola - Tena - HEALTH, framed in the process of deconcentration of Zone 2 of the Ministry of Public Health and to ensure compliance with the Ministerial Agreement 4520 issues the Organic Statute replacer Organizational Process Management; having as dynamic axes, the new model of territorial planning provisions of Senplades and a new institutional management model established as public policy of the executive. For this project, research and development data collection was performed using Analyst Statistics and Analysis of Health Information each health facility to test the hypothesis that was formulated. The results of this research project and development show that the process management a nd compliance goals in the District Direction 15D01 - HEALTH, is limited by the constant rotation of managers and operational staff, for that reason the importance of looks determine compliance goals through management indicators that allow continued assessment for quality improvement in the provision of services.Item Modelo de gestión y lavado de activos en Instituciones Financieras(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Dirección de Posgrado, 2016-01) Rosero Jiménez, Diana Andrea; DT - Viteri Medina, José LuisThis thesis is the design of a Model Management and Money Laundering in Financial Institutions. The main objective is to study the Risk Management Model, defining the allocation of risk profiles for customer type, depending on the product that it acquires, to develop the policy "Know Your Customer" within the Financial Institution covering in this investigation. Therefore it is born the need to segment customers based on their geographic and demographic characteristics grouping clients into segments of similar records, having high similarity as the essential basis for any strategy to customers, which helps interaction with and it makes them focus on areas that promise the highest profit. Regarding the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism has evolved, from being a mere compliance issue, an issue of Risk Management. When a criminal and criminal activity generates substantial profits , individuals engaged in this activity , seek ways to control the origin and destination of the funds without attracting the attention of the authorities on this underlying activity , criminals engaged in this process by concealment the sources from which the profits obtained , changing so call less attention. Money laundering is defined as the method by which ; a person or criminal organization , processes and hidden financial gains from illegal and criminal activities, then place them in the financial system , and ensure that they are recognized by the authorities as income from legal and legitimate operations. Financial institutions may only control and reduce their risks if they know of customary and reasonable account activity of their customers and can thus identify transactions that fall outside the regular pattern of activity. We can define this process as a continuous review of the transactional operations and movements in the accounts of customers, to meet the daily status of transactions from a customer, it also includes transactional profiles which issued automatic alerts to those responsible on the basis of parameters such transactions must comply. Also the methodology of a model Risk Management has options that allow profiling customers and based on these profiles and the types of transactions performed, check all transactions to immediately detect deviations from this type of transaction identify it as a suspicious transaction if necessary. In this context, in which the focus of attention focused on the detection, measurement and mitigation of risks, acquired great significance to design a model with modern methods of risk management that promote a culture of internal controls and risk management for proper management of processes. Based on the above , the development of the proposed proposal is made, revealing the methodology of Risk Management Model , to be used for the allocation of risk profiles for each customer , depending on the type of product, based on the customer segmentation in geographic and demographic aspects, contrasting pursuing customer groups based on common characteristics, such as place of residence , sex , age, income level , occupation , number of loads , marital status between other variables and develop the policy " know Your Customer " , given that if more and better known less profitable customers , their buying patterns , behavior and demographics , the relationship with them becomes narrower and productive .Item "El modelo de gestión y su incidencia en la planeación financiera de la empresa BGP Ecuador Co. S.A.".(2013) Chasipanta Nieves, Norma GeocondaLa gestión empresarial se ve reflejada en los resultados económicos que presenta en un periodo de tiempo determinado, constituyéndose en un indicador de desarrollo para la empresa. La misión de la gestión es asegurar el buen funcionamiento de la organización mediante la planificación y control de tareas brindando un soporte administrativo a los procesos. Dentro de la gestión, la planeación financiera representa el eje fundamental para la toma de decisiones, al ser una técnica que permite tener un control financiero y un apoyo esencial para el cumplimiento de metas económicas. Para identificar la situación de estas variables en la presente investigación, la metodología utilizada fue la información bibliográfica y de campo, entrevistas, fuentes internas de datos y fuentes secundarias como balances y estados de resultado, los cuales reflejaron que la empresa tiene un débil modelo de gestión que no brinda mecanismos para enfrentar problemas de sostenibilidad, exigencias gerenciales y relación con el entorno, para ello es básico cambiar el estilo gerencial tradicional por otro que permita tener competitividad. El modelo de gestión propuesto permitirá minimizar los problemas financieros presentes en la actualidad y regular los controles para el cumplimiento de metas, conocer el entorno y aplicar estrategias que mejoren su participación en el mercado ecuatoriano, tomando decisiones financieras acertadas y confiables que conlleven a obtener ganancias no sólo económicas, sino también en eficiencia y flexibilidad.
