    To perform this research, with the theme Quality Culture and its influence on the survival of PYMES Canton Ambato was based by field research. The results of the surveys of managers of small and medium enterprises both the service sector such as manufacturing have been duly tabulated, analyzed and interpreted what was concluded that the design of a management system Quality is an important strategy to allow PYMES Canton can stay longer on the market. Designing a Quality Management System focuses on integrating all departments and processes within the organization focused on quality, for success of each company. It also requires companies to establish annual goals, formulate policies motivates employees and allocate resources to implement the quality management system, also involving developing a quality culture that supports creating an organizational structure. As proposal raises the design of a Quality Management Model to serve as a guide for continuous improvement of PYMES Canton Ambato.
