    In our country Ecuador has a favorable trend in terms of entrepreneurship, that is why the creation of nascent companies and new companies are generated by daily living, these two activities generate large profits contributing to development and economic growth The objective of the present investigation is to determine the entrepreneurial profile of the city of Tungurahua and the creation of new companies, the research corresponds to a qualitative approach and a descriptive design, whose sample was elaborated around the CIIU database used by SRI, applying a Survey and a test to 126 entrepreneurs of the province of Tungurahua. The results show a high development in the personal, social, psychological and sociodemographic characteristics, where the skills and abilities that define the entrepreneur and his valuable contribution to the consolidation of new and emerging companies are recognized.
