    La comunicación digital y el acceso a la información en el registro de la propiedad y mercantil del cantón Cañar

    The purpose of this research work is to generate an optimal solution to the current problems of communication presented by the Land Registry and Mercantil of Canton Cañar solution. Today we are in this city of knowledge. To achieve this goal it has been conducted a thorough analysis of existing problems today,what caused it,where and how it came about that cause and generate an optimal solution to help solve this problem. So a proposal that will cover the objetives born in this project. For that reason a Web site for registering property and commercial of Canton Cañar, even to help mitigate this lack of cammunication between the agency and society will be implemented, so that users are informed at all times, and that will satisfy their information requierments.Has been sought is to turn the property registration and Commercial Canton Cañar, in a public sector institution, modern to be able to provide information and communicate to their customers at all times and improve the quality of services currently it presents the dependence, all strategically relying on information technology and communication, with the sole purpose of having an institution with a presence on the web, giving users the possibility to interact virtually with it. It has been paramount in this investigation that the Land Registry and commercial canton Cañar be a public sector institution that can provide an immediate response to the concerns, needs and requirements that citizens present day, as could be maintained informed, being in constant communication with the institution, able to speak.

    “Rediseño del sitio web de la empresa guaitambo.com para la fidelización de usuarios”.

    Guaitmabo.com es una empresa que se dedica a proveer servicios de diseño web, así como a la venta de dominios y servicio de alojamiento (hosting), la cual reside en la ciudad de Ambato y que pese a estar en el mercado por varios años no ha tenido el impulso necesario debido a razones personales de sus propietarios. La presente investigación surge de la necesidad de la empresa de darle un mayor impulso a una de sus cartas de presentación fundamentales: su Sitio Web, el mismo que por cuestiones de tiempo, no ha sido elaborado tomando en cuenta las consideraciones técnicas necesarias para el desarrollo del mismo, ni se han realizado actualizaciones constantes, lo cual ha generado que las visitas al sitio sean escasas y a su vez que los posibles cliente que la visitan no regresen. Por ello, la razón fundamental de este trabajo es implementar los mecanismos que a través de un rediseño hecho técnicamente, logren incrementar la fidelización de los usuarios-clientes del mismo.
