    At present, due to the health emergency, web and mobile technology has become the priority for many developers who are looking to meet all the needs of users, but with the excessive time involved in developing a mobile app and a web app, progressive web applications are emerging as a response that allow dual operation for these needs in a very versatile way, since it integrates a single code that can be interpreted both on a computer and on mobile devices. mobile. The main objective of this research project is the development of a virtual repository with a progressive web application that allows the management of student documents and institutional documentation of the fiscal education units of Ambato. To support the staff of the District Information Technology and Communications Unit of District 18D01 Ambato 1 Education, since they do not have a tool for the management of documentation of all the tax education units under their charge. In addition to the constant consultations and requests for documentation by the rectors. The development of the application with IONIC technology allows to greatly reduce the time needed to create an application that can be viewed on a computer and on a mobile device. The methodology for the development of the project is XP (Xtreme Programming), an agile methodology that focuses on rules and principles to improve testing phases and delivery times. In addition, the Laravel framework for the development of the Back-End as it integrates security into its architecture model.

    The use of mobile devices today is very frequent and common, applied in different contexts, at work, business, studies and currently due to the health emergency, they are within the reach of most people, for this reason they have had a boom with the use of different applications that help in daily activities. This research project is aimed at developing applications for mobile devices, focused on monitoring, real-time geolocation, and control of requests and order deliveries for the company "Motoencomiendas el Flaco" in the city of Latacunga, because They do not have the computer platform that allows them to provide a better service to their customers. The project consists of three applications: one for the client requesting the order, in which it can be tracked, another application for the person in charge of delivering the order, called Motorized; and the last one for the administrator of the company, who is in charge of accepting or rejecting an order, and later assigning it to a motorized vehicle that is available. The application was developed with Ionic version 6, using the Angular framework that uses the Typescript programming language and implementing Capacitor to handle the native features of the mobile device. The development methodology used for the project was XP (Xtreme Programming), which emphasizes the technical aspects of software development and allows managing delivery times and end-user satisfaction. Firebase services were used as its Firestore database which synchronizes its data in real time.

    Currently, the mobile applications are very well received worldwide, for their ease of use and access, intended for different activities and in constant development. For this reason, they have become necessary and indispensable tools for the daily or business life of a person This research project details the development of a multiplatform mobile application to manage motorized agents based on orders, as well as availability and location through geolocation, as well as allowing notifications to be displayed after each process, with the objective to improve the service offered by the Gabitos Express Parcel Company. The project is developed using the XP Methodology, suitable for the development of small projects of short duration, and its development environment with Ionic technology in its version 5, as well as Angular for the client side, Capacitor was used to access native Android and iOS functions, on the other hand, Firebase technology was used on the server side; providing extra services such as Firestore Database used as a NoSql database, Storage as a storage service and its hosting for the deployment of a PWA application. The resources used for the visualization of the map and geolocation were through the implementation of APIs offered by google maps.

    Currently, the purchase - sale of products through web and mobile applications has had a very large impact on society, since it is known as e-commerce or electronic commerce has had a great boom, especially due to the health emergency that crosses the world due to COVID-19, for this reason it has now become essential to use this type of tools, to maintain communication between the customer and the seller, each one making sure to prevent crowds and respect all biosafety protocols for the welfare of society. It is for the aforementioned that this project has been developed in order to collaborate with the improvement of the process of buying and selling essential products in the Minimarket "Paty", in order to automate certain processes, which will help to optimize various resources within the administration, which allows ordering through a mobile application, maintaining contact with a web application that will be in charge of the administrative part of the business. The web application has been developed using the Angular framework, while the mobile application has used the Ionic framework, both using TypeScript as the programming language. The services have been developed in Node.Js using the Express framework and with a connection to the database designed in MySQL. On the other hand, and one of the most important is the communication bridge between the two applications in real time that has been established through the socket.io library, which allows maintaining contact through http calls.

    At present, the use of technologies is very common in different environments and contexts, whether at work, education, business, for this reason web and mobile technology have become an indispensable tool for the development of different activities. Technologies are in constant development and now more due to the health emergency that everyone is currently experiencing, there is a great variety of systems and applications that serve different purposes to meet the needs of users. This research project has a projection to the development of hybrid applications that allows us to use them by adapting the web view to the view of a mobile device. Focusing on improving communication between teachers and parents of educational units in the city of Latacunga, because some institutions do not have technological tools that allow daily control of tasks. The application is developed with IONIC technology which optimizes development time, which will allow us to create and deploy on multiple platforms, facilitating the use of this framework. The application named "School Diary", being developed under the IONIC framework, allowed a hybrid or multiplatform use since currently users have mobile devices or computers. The methodology used for the development of the project will be XP (XTREME PROGRAMMING), an agile methodology that is based on a group of rules and principles, which improves delivery times. Together, the Laravel tool was used as consumption of services.

    The use of mobile applications has caused them to become tools for everyday use covering a wide field of education, health, economics, etc. But technological progress has forced different companies to announce their way of working in addition to this we can include the current situation due to the appearance of the virus known as COVID-19, which is why mobile tools have been taken as sources to meet the needs of users. In this research project, the perspective is the development of a mobile application focused on optimizing the service of sending and delivery of parcels by the company ESFLOSERV CIA. LTDA in view of the desire to update or improve this service by converting its traditional methodology into modern and excelring from other companies dedicated to similar services. The development of the mobile application using IONIC allows the saving of resources and the implementation of programming languages such as TypeScript with ergonomics taking advantage of safely and efficiently resources in order to provide a multiplatform mobile application for the management and control of deliveries of the porters that fully meet the requirements of the company The methodology selected for the realization of this work will be Xtreme Programming or also known as XP due to its high acceptance and performing excellently in the development work, in addition to being a methodology that has a communication between users and the development group of the application giving the necessary support.

    Currently a very important issue is the use of mobile devices in the field of information technology, communications, and even more so in the situation that the world is going through due to the health emergency. In this way, mobile technologies together with the development of applications facilitate the effective management of data, processes, functionalities and information of an entity or organization. This research project focuses on the development of applications for mobile devices. Aiming at improving the management and monitoring of the different squares in which the registered autonomous informal trade is distributed, and thus prevent disturbances from occurring and guarantee that they comply with the regulations and protocols established by the GADMA to carry out their corresponding activity. IONIC technology contributes to reducing the time in processes and development tasks for multiple platforms with the use of libraries and plugins that provide additional functions for interaction with the mobile device. Being developed under IONIC, using the TypeScript programming language with Angular and CORDOVA for the use of plugins. The application called "GADMASP" will allow a multiplatform or hybrid development since at present the entity's staff has Android and IOS mobile devices. The applied methodology was XP (Xtreme Programing), which helps to maintain a planning with a flexible schedule and a communication between the client and the development team to obtain an effective and efficient product. The Firebase tool was used as a consumption of services and in conjunction with the Firestore database which synchronizes and manages data in real time.

    ABSTRACT Nowadays the use of mobile devices is very common in various environments and contexts, these ones could be at the job, study, business and even more due to the sanitary emergency that the entire world is living. For that reason, the mobile technology has turned into a useful tool and an indispensable mean of communication for different activities. These types of technologies are booming and in a constant development because of a great variety of applications as well as functionalities which are useful for the daily performance of the user. The present research work has a projection to the development of mobile devices applications. Focusing in improving the quality of the broadcast quality information and the attention in the assistance service offered by the “Junta Administradora de Agua Potable de los Barrios Occidentales de Aloasí” there are some surrounding enterprises that do the same job, but they do not have the necessary technology and resources in order to improve some processes. IONIC technology helps to optimize the developing time for the multi-platforms making easy the use of the plugins to interact with the mobile device. “SIGEO” application being developed under IONIC will let a hybrid development or multi-platform this is due to that users have mobile devices with Android operating systems and IOS. For the use of plugins, the project will be developed with the IONIC 4th version which will operate the programming language TypeScript under Angular and CORDOVA. The implemented methodology Will be XP (Xtreme Programming) which help to manage in a better way the delivery time and functional interactions in parallel with the final user’s satisfaction. Additionally, Firebase was used as a tool of service consume systematically with it is data base “Firestore” which synchronizes data in real time.
