The main objective of this research project is the development of a virtual repository with a progressive web application that allows the management of student documents and institutional documentation of the fiscal education units of Ambato. To support the staff of the District Information Technology and Communications Unit of District 18D01 Ambato 1 Education, since they do not have a tool for the management of documentation of all the tax education units under their charge. In addition to the constant consultations and requests for documentation by the rectors. The development of the application with IONIC technology allows to greatly reduce the time needed to create an application that can be viewed on a computer and on a mobile device. The methodology for the development of the project is XP (Xtreme Programming), an agile methodology that focuses on rules and principles to improve testing phases and delivery times. This research project is aimed at developing applications for mobile devices, focused on monitoring, real-time geolocation, and control of requests and order deliveries for the company "Motoencomiendas el Flaco" in the city of Latacunga, because They do not have the computer platform that allows them to provide a better service to their customers. The project consists of three applications: one for the client requesting the order, in which it can be tracked, another application for the person in charge of delivering the order, called Motorized; and the last one for the administrator of the company, who is in charge of accepting or rejecting an order, and later assigning it to a motorized vehicle that is available. The application was developed with Ionic version 6, using the Angular framework that uses the Typescript programming language and implementing Capacitor to handle the native features of the mobile device. The development methodology used for the project was XP (Xtreme Programming), which emphasizes the technical aspects of software development and allows managing delivery times and end-user satisfaction. For this reason, they have become necessary and indispensable tools for the daily or business life of a person This research project details the development of a multiplatform mobile application to manage motorized agents based on orders, as well as availability and location through geolocation, as well as allowing notifications to be displayed after each process, with the objective to improve the service offered by the Gabitos Express Parcel Company. The project is developed using the XP Methodology, suitable for the development of small projects of short duration, and its development environment with Ionic technology in its version 5, as well as Angular for the client side, Capacitor was used to access native Android and iOS functions, on the other hand, Firebase technology was used on the server side; providing extra services such as Firestore Database used as a NoSql database, Storage as a storage service and its hosting for the deployment of a PWA application. It is for the aforementioned that this project has been developed in order to collaborate with the improvement of the process of buying and selling essential products in the Minimarket "Paty", in order to automate certain processes, which will help to optimize various resources within the administration, which allows ordering through a mobile application, maintaining contact with a web application that will be in charge of the administrative part of the business. The web application has been developed using the Angular framework, while the mobile application has used the Ionic framework, both using TypeScript as the programming language. The services have been developed in Node.Js using the Express framework and with a connection to the database designed in MySQL. In this way, mobile technologies together with the development of applications facilitate the effective management of data, processes, functionalities and information of an entity or organization. This research project focuses on the development of applications for mobile devices. Aiming at improving the management and monitoring of the different squares in which the registered autonomous informal trade is distributed, and thus prevent disturbances from occurring and guarantee that they comply with the regulations and protocols established by the GADMA to carry out their corresponding activity. IONIC technology contributes to reducing the time in processes and development tasks for multiple platforms with the use of libraries and plugins that provide additional functions for interaction with the mobile device. Being developed under IONIC, using the TypeScript programming language with Angular and CORDOVA for the use of plugins. The application called "GADMASP" will allow a multiplatform or hybrid development since at present the entity's staff has Android and IOS mobile devices. For that reason, the mobile technology has turned into a useful tool and an indispensable mean of communication for different activities. These types of technologies are booming and in a constant development because of a great variety of applications as well as functionalities which are useful for the daily performance of the user. The present research work has a projection to the development of mobile devices applications. Focusing in improving the quality of the broadcast quality information and the attention in the assistance service offered by the “Junta Administradora de Agua Potable de los Barrios Occidentales de Aloasí” there are some surrounding enterprises that do the same job, but they do not have the necessary technology and resources in order to improve some processes. IONIC technology helps to optimize the developing time for the multi-platforms making easy the use of the plugins to interact with the mobile device. “SIGEO” application being developed under IONIC will let a hybrid development or multi-platform this is due to that users have mobile devices with Android operating systems and IOS. For the use of plugins, the project will be developed with the IONIC 4th version which will operate the programming language TypeScript under Angular and CORDOVA. The implemented methodology Will be XP (Xtreme Programming) which help to manage in a better way the delivery time and functional interactions in parallel with the final user’s satisfaction. Additionally, Firebase was used as a tool of service consume systematically with it is data base “Firestore” which synchronizes data in real time.
