Due to the great competition in the cooperative sector the incorporation of new strategies and forms of labour becomes an urgent need to help improve the competitiveness of cooperatives in particular to improve the decision-making process. There are multiple definitions for work in team. The important thing is to know them to develop a concept which identify us and guide us in our work team. Noteworthy is the difference that exists in 2 concepts: Team: is the Group of people assigned according to skills and specific competencies, to meet a particular goal under the leadership of a coordinator. Teamwork: refers to the series of strategies, procedures and methodologies used by a group of people to achieve the proposed goals. The definition for the same concept will then be detailed: team: "people, professional or scientific group, organized to carry out an investigation or specific service". Teamwork improves job performance, since it influences not only raise the motivation, but optimize the capacity of the equipment and get to meet the objectives; This way of working together with the definition of indicators for the different areas of the organization that considers the scorecard will allow a better level of competitiveness of the CACPET. To be embedded in a system of work is necessary to relate to other people, and thus the creation of working groups there is where it is important to understand the differentiation of work in Group and team that will be presented later.
