    This research is executed in Business "LOMBARDIA" Ambato city, in order to identify gaps in funding sources that generate an unstable company liquidity which causes certain inconveniences, especially impedes growth financial that granted to it a better position in the competitive market. Under the parameter raised will allow the "LOMBARDIA" company project into optimal, cost-effective performance and mainly enter better business situation. The goal of the company is for financial growth through improving the stability of liquidity through timely analysis of the sources of funding that have an effective influence on decision-making by senior management on strategic financial planning, several relevant aspects that are directly related to the variables proposed as objects of study; perspective can be designed alternative solutions to the problem identified in "LOMBARDIA" company of Ambato city.
