    La emisión de obligaciones y el capital de trabajo en la empresa Automotores de la Sierra S.A.

    This research raises the question: “The debenture and the capital in the Automotores de la Sierra S.A. Company”. In this case, the over indebtedness in the financial sector does not meet the expectations of long term financing, needed by the company for its performance. The objectives of this research are: to identify the appropriate form of financing for the improvement of financial rates, to determine changes in the creditworthiness of borrowing options and, provide a new alternative for working capital financing. The conclusion of the research conducted on the issue detected in the Automotores de la Sierra S.A Company is that, by using a debenture, the working capital can be increased. The payments could be amortized up to five years. Additionally, the interest rate of a debenture is lower compared with the interest of a commercial credit. Therefore, the solvency level and growth of the company can be improved. We propose the debenture as a new financing option, as through it the company can obtain liquidity, based on company assets, without increasing liabilities. The securitization portfolio is a legal process by commercial truss brokering through collective investments funds, transferring payment entitlements and the returns to the investors
