Regarding methodology, a quantitative approach was applied in order to carry out a numerical verification and to be able to accept the alternative hypothesis, in addition, the research was developed through a documentary bibliographic approach, applying successively exploratory, descriptive and correlational methods. The evaluation instruments applied were the VAK test for the first variable, kinesthetic learning, and the SISCO questionnaire was used to evaluate the second variable corresponding to academic stress. Finally, the correlation was tested using the Chi-Square test, which yielded a calculated value of 259.38, indicating a higher value than the Chi Tabular of 146.58, thus, the alternative hypothesis was corroborated, affirming that kinesthetic learning DOES have an impact on the academic stress of the students.
