    Los actores estratégicos de la gobernabilidad en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Universidad Técnica de Ambato Ltda. y su impacto en el clima organizacional

    The present research deals with the governability of the strategic actors of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito "Universidad Técnica de Ambato" Ltda. and its impact on organizational behavior. The people who make up the Corporate Government have the delegation of powers and autonomy over the administration, which facilitates or hinders the Institutional management by the decision making and the financial policies within the Cooperative, the same ones that promote development and sustainability of an institution, let’s say liquidity, profitability along with solvency, capitalization and risk management. The objective of the Policies chosen by the representatives, board of directors, supervisory board and committees is to prevent the classical financial risks of: credit, liquidity, operation, market and legal, in case of inefficient institutional policies and the ungovernability by the Representatives and Executives, are key factors so that the Superintendence of Popular Economy and Solidarity sends an official to carry out the pertinent investigations, proceeding to the closing, absorption or liquidation of the Institution. When there is autonomy of powers in a single person it can have the consequence of the instability of the different councils and committees, since the decisions taken violate the principles of Cooperatives, regulations and laws that are regulated. This results in the deterioration of the organizational climate, which affects the daily activities of the administrative staff, communication with the different councils and committees, the institutional image, and the relationship with the partners. Although the organizational climate is an intangible asset of an Institution, it affects the conduct and behavior of each individual within the organization. The directors of the organizations must try to maintain an adequate working environment, because it is an important factor for the stability and good functioning of the company.

    This research was conducted at Universidad Politécnica Estatal del Carchi, whose goal was to design the Nursing Career Project in this educative institution, with the relevance and formulation required by CES; this was possible thanks to the development of this career-relevance-diagnosis, development of macro and meso-curricular phases and the Nursing Career- curricular design proposal . Once this research was completed, it is possible to show that public and private employers, as well as nurses and male nurses, who put into practice their profession at Zone I, consider that nurse practitioners must have a profile that is relevant to the needs of labor market, whose skills must address leadership, humanism, critical and logical thinking, teamwork, scientific knowledge, oriented toward taking care of human beings and the development of abilities and skills to be applied in the health-disease process, making it necessary the curriculum design of the Nursing Career at Universidad Politécnica Estatal del Carchi.

    Gestión de Conflictos y la Mediación Comunitaria como Cultura de paz en las Parroquias Rurales del Cantón Ambato

    In the rural parishes of the Ambato canton, community mediation and conflict management have become essential pillars to promote a culture of peace. These parishes, which face particular challenges due to their rural environment, have found community mediation an effective tool to resolve conflicts peacefully and constructively. The community mediation approach is participatory and collaborative, and a neutral mediator facilitates dialogue between conflicting parties. This process aims not only to solve the current problem, but also to improve interpersonal and community relations in the long term by promoting values such as mutual respect, empathy and collaboration, which are fundamental for sustainable development and harmonious coexistence. Furthermore, by giving communities the power to manage their own conflicts, social cohesion is strengthened and dependence on external interventions is reduced. Collaborating in the training of mediators, the education of the population about the benefits of mediation and the creation of legal and operational frameworks that support these practices. Therefore, community mediation and conflict management are useful strategies to promote a culture of peace in the rural parishes of the Ambato canton. This method not only resolves conflicts effectively, but also promotes essential values that are essential for the sustainable development of the region and social cohesion

    The purpose of this research work has been very productive as we could observe through experience and application of a research technique in which teachers from the Technical University of Ambato are affected evaluation indicators for good job performance thereof therefore we test the hypothesis; after a thorough search, we obtained specific information and accurate data we received help and guidance for teachers and authorities. Regarding research could be analyzed on indicators used in the evaluation model of teacher performance and how this affects the performance of teachers at the Technical University of Ambato; taking into account that they are a means of assessing where we know the positive and negative aspects; another important point is how our authorities acted with the results obtained for the institution adapt pedagogical, technological and administrative services for the development of a comprehensive and coherent assessment resources.

    La influencia de género en los consejos de administración de las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito en la rentabilidad y endeudamiento. Un estudio empírico en la zona de planificación 3

    El presente trabajo la baja alternabilidad de género en los Consejos de Administración en las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito de la zona 3 que afecta a la toma de decisiones, la mayor parte de miembros de los Consejos de Administración son hombres, en donde se reduce la actuación de las mujeres por factores de tiempo, por tener que dedicar tiempo a la familia, crianza de hijos, y la limitada posibilidad que la sociedad les da. El comparativo entre estos organismos que tiene mayor cantidad de hombres, presentas en sus balances un incremento en el endeudamiento, como una baja en la rentabilidad financiera (ROE) y en la rentabilidad económica (ROA); las Cooperativas en donde existe presencia de mujeres con un número similar con referencia a los hombres en los Consejos de Administración de la COAC se puede ver que los índices financieros tiene un mejor desenvolvimiento, en donde la mujer contribuye en el trabajo en equipo con los criterios complementarios de los hombres. La presencia de hombres es mayoritaria en las COAC, especialmente en aquellas que se denomina grandes en relación con los socios y a los activos. Europa se ha superado estas barreras y la presencia de las mujeres en la cumbre estratégicas de las organizaciones es importante, además que su desempeño es relevante como con aportes positivos y resultados favorables, por lo que se propone un esquema normativo organizativo y administrativo que adopten las COAC de la Zona 3 para que tantos hombre y mujeres puedan participar en igual de condiciones en las estancias de toma de decisiones para que con procesos sostenidos, democráticos y legales de paridad, las mujeres tengan la oportunidad de participar de manera activa y en conjunto con los hombres lleven a las Cooperativas a un desarrollo sostenidos y sustentable aplicando los principios cooperativos.
