This study examines the prevalence of psychomotor skills in the development of fundamental motor abilities in Elementary General Basic Educational Unit "La Inmaculada.". Direct observation techniques and standardized tests were applied using the Denver II Test, evaluating specific areas such as gross motor, fine motor, language, and socialization. The statistical program SPSS, version 27, was used for data analysis. Frequency and percentage analyses were performed for qualitative variables, as well as descriptive analyses for quantitative variables. The normality of the data was evaluated using the Shapiro-Wilk test. When a non-normal distribution was observed in the data, the Wilcoxon nonparametric test for related samples was used. The results showed a significant improvement in basic motor skills after implementing psychomotor activities based on games. During the post-intervention period, a considerable percentage of students improved from a delayed level to a normal level, while the rest maintained a normal level. Statistically, a significant difference between the study periods was confirmed, validating the effectiveness of psychomotor activities in the integral development of students.
