Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2017-10) Iza Landa, Adriana del Rocio; Ortíz Paredes, William FranklinLubricadora “TOTORAS” it is a family business that offers the service with respect to the laundry of vehicles mediating, heavy and buses, besides counting of the lubricadora service in their own local located in the parish Totoras of the city of Ambato county of Tungurahua. The present project has as purpose to implement the service of change of oil and vehicle laundry to home, innovative service in the county of Tungurahua that seeks to be an option of the clients to save the time that bears the transfer from the vehicles to the shops of the lubricadoras, this way to optimize the time of the client, to energize the economy and to promote the worthy work. With the market study it is determined the demand and offer through the applied surveys for the present project, a technical and organizational study was used that allows to identify the internal organization and of distribution for the installation of the service of change of oil and vehicle laundry to home and finally a financial study that shows the economic feasibility that bears the implementation of the service. Finally the prospective results are shown in each one of the realized chapters that you/they demonstrate the feasibility of implementing a new service of the lubricadora “TOTORAS”, by means of the different indicators that have been evaluated attentively.Item Creación de una empresa de asesoría de imagen corporativa para empresas en la provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2017-09) Palate Pilla, Luz Angélica; Ortíz Paredes, William FranklinThe corporate image in companies is one of the most important strategic components that support organizational growth as they are responsible for making the public understand who they are, what they are engaged in and in the differentiation of competition. In this way in the market it will be recognized at the local, national or international level by establishing links between the company and the clients. The purpose of study is the creation of a corporate image consulting company in the canton of Ambato province of Tungurahua is aimed at companies because there is little positioning, weak business growth and inadequate staff training. The methodology that was used in the market study to obtain the necessary information was the survey, with a population of 2120 companies and the application of 325 surveys to the different companies of the canton, where a positive potential demand was determined unsatisfied, because Companies do not have an adequate corporate image, appropriate business infrastructure, correct personal image of employees, in addition to rules and policies of the organization. The financial study determined the feasibility and viability of the creation of the company`s Imagu Corp that will offer the corporate image advisory service for companies, applying financial indicators with optimistic results among which highlight the NPV with a value of $205.314,67. Also an IRR of 48.27% and finally with the period of recovery of the investment of 2 year with 11 months and 12 days.Item Estrategia publicitaria para el sector carrocero de la provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Next we have the theoretical basis, which takes the criteria and opinions of several authors who have developed studies concerning our research, aspect that helps to support the present research work, then we have the methodology in which the methods are defined theoretical and empirical studies that were used in the present study, we later have the results of the investigation through the application of a survey to the owners of the carcass companies in the province of Tungurahua. Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2017-06) Moreno Villegas, Evelin Patricia; Ortíz Paredes, William FranklinThe Chicken Poultry Company Super Pollo, currently addresses the corporate image in an empirical way, for this reason arises the need to conduct a study of the subject, so that workers identify with the organization and have a better position in the market. In order to obtain a theoretical foundation and real knowledge, an investigation was made of bibliographic references, related to corporate image, brand as a competitive advantage, corporate social responsibility, dissemination and positioning. This project has been developed with the purpose of investigating and the lack of corporate image of the company Super chicken affects its ability to acquire new customers and positioning in the market. The information was obtained with the application of a questionnaire, to have a statistical analysis through a univariate and bivariate analysis, which also allowed to establish correlations between the study items. As results obtained, it has been determined that the corporate image of a company is the main strategy to achieve competitiveness in the market. It is also important to pay attention to disadvantages such as the lack of knowledge of the workers in the mission, vision, corporate values and The absence of the implementation of brand improvement strategies and market share. These centers respond to a model that combines, both in their physical infrastructure, as in their model of attention and supply of didactic materials, fungible, adequacy and equipment, high quality standards, aimed at the integral development of Ecuadorian children. This research aims to achieve a quality model that provides a quality service and warmth that meets the needs and expectations of users and their representatives, for this will be fed a varied and extensive bibliographic information that will provide a better service for part of the children's centers. Adjusting to the operational plans established by the MIES in an adequate manner to control, supervise and improve the activities that are carried out constantly with the integrating group, responsible and budgetary schedule of the children's centers in coordination with the counterpart, aiming to sensitize said users through training that they are the children's centers and what services they provide, their importance and the impact that a good model of quality in the same one originates. For this reason, this research focuses on investigating which are the main recognized brands, the forms and advertisement tools that should be applied to get other brands of commercialization of second-hand cars, to position themselves in the market. Through the application of a survey as an instrument made to the target public, it was detected that advertisement has an influence on the brands and their positioning, it detected that one of the companies of commercialization of second-hand vehicles is “Automotores Carlos Palacios”, for its active participation in the market, and that the means in which it should be published would be radio, and internet, as advertising strategies.
