Throughoyt the time is has been providing a good service to the community. For this reason in order to supply the demands of the customers, a strategic plan is needed to cover those requirements. This research has as goal to analyze the internal and external situation of the company, to establish marketing strategies to increase the income of the business. The surverys result done to the customers, show that the strategies mentioned before need to be put in place in order to upgrade the quality service to maintain the clients satisfied. To keep the clients pleased, the company has decided to flatter them by handing out small present each time tey use the service as a sign of appreciation for their loyalty.
