    Guaytambos Tours S.A., is a company leader in the service of executive transportation door to door, express travel, delivery of documents and parcels. It was constituted by public deed granted before the 7th notary of Cantón Ambato on April 19, 2011. The specialization in offering a quality service of the company Guaytambos Tours SA, has allowed the company to acquire a Human Talent that generates an added value and that allows him to be competent in the market. The present research work begins with the approach, explanation and origin of the problem present in the place of study, the need to find a source of information that contributes as an administrative tool to solve everyday problems within an institution, which may affect a future but focuses on professionalizing the members that make up their work environment. The results achieved in the research process, specifically in the field research, allowed to know that the management of human talent in reference to basic and technical knowledge are not properly developed and applied in the tasks, which affects the work performance. With a focus on Human Talent Management, in a detailed and didactic way, the content of the proposal is developed with a detailed and detailed presentation on how we can apply a management model to the members of the organization in a clear and concrete manner. Identify the objectives to achieve the improvement of work performance.
