Records and specification sheets were made to generate a better production flow, reducing times and movements that did not add value to the process. According to the reengineering of the processes that was implemented, the results of production times that were being managed in the company were compared, and the production times after the relocation of jobs and machinery, represented in graphs times vs. processes, achieving: reduce manufacturing times, a better distribution in the execution of each process in the metalworking area and order in the handling of tools and machinery. Which generate profitability for the manufacture of this product especially when they are lots of considerable quantities.
