    Laundry and dry cleaning company "Lava-Classic", the canton of Pelileo is a traditional company dedicated to textile dyeing and washing clothes in Jeans for ten years, which has seen growth in a competitive market. Therefore it is essential to take preventive measures that support better customer service and corporate image it projects to its customers. This investigation focuses on developing an analysis of the problems that directly affect the customer and therefore the image of the company in a competitive market. It is therefore crucial to apply a manual customer that will establish corrective actions to improve the quality of service and timely satisfy each customer needs presented by the way. Obviously the customer is the primary basis within a company because staff have direct contact with customers, so it is inevitable that within the company an appropriate form of care to run the client before, during and after complaints or claims process in this way to meet the needs presented image and get a reliable and safe against them. That I turn my design manual customer the same that will benefit both the company and its customers study because employees can provide better service quality customer meeting the needs of customers as well as their complaints and claims immediately.

    The Computer & Internet My Space Center is dedicated to the sale and maintenance of computer equipment, technology consulting, internet access, available computers with programs like text editors, graphics editing programs, video and music download, scan, useful office stationery, etc., where a personalized service. Currently these businesses have become very popular in the city of Ambato; However, high prices, unfair competition and oversupply, have caused this sector into crisis. It is for this reason that the present research has as main objective implementing digital communication strategies with the help of new technologies that are booming as they are the most popular and inexpensive blogs to social networks; which significantly help corporate image and participation in the market, strengthening the loyalty and trust of customers and improve sales. The information obtained through field research shows that customers applied to the products and services offered My Space are accepted in the market, however, it requires advertising strategies to improve their market share. The resulting proposal is directed to the major social networks, a corporate blog, email marketing and mobile marketing to promote products and services My Space; which seeks to interact with existing and potential customers; besides listening to suggestions, meet their needs and preferences, which will contribute greatly to its growth and success.
