Item Turismo digital: la gastronomía de Tungurahua en diversos idiomas(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias Humanas y de la Educación-Carrera de Turismo y Hotelería, 2020-07-01) Calero Rivera, Erick Vinicio; Sánchez Guerrero, Daniel OswaldoNowadays the tourist moves connected to the digital world through his mobile phone or electronic device, this project was developed into social networks; Instagram and Facebook with the Tungurahua_gastronomy3.0 profile, that is illustrated as a blog that invites tourists to visit and know about the gastronomy of the province of Tungurahua, highlighting the delicious mix of mestizo and indigenous cuisine. In the present work a multilingual gastronomic guide is developed as a space in that striking illustrations of the most representative dishes of each canton of the province of Tungurahua are found. As a result of this investigation, a current and multilingual alternative is developed, so that the traveler visualizes the most representative dishes of the Tungurahua and typical landscapes of the place, rescuing the culture. Through the content presented on the social networks, the most relevant gastronomy of each canton is detailed, with the support of the researcher's own photos and videos, it is possible that the people who enter this profile obtain an authentic sensation of a view like a local, creating the curiosity to try that gastronomic dishes. With the development of the objectives about the importance of promoting potential tourism through digital tools is highlighted, which allow visitors to visualize the recipes in their native languages, in this space you can interact with the history of gastronomy, information presented in Spanish, English and French in order to provide time and resources to foreign tourists who review photographs on social networks and ask for opinions about food.
