| Abstract: | La presente investigación tiene como tema: “Las habilidades sociales y las relaciones interpersonales de los estudiantes de octavo año de EGB de la Unidad Educativa “Vicente León” de la ciudad de Latacunga”, mismo que tiene como objetivo Analizar el nivel del desarrollo de las habilidades sociales y su influencia en las relaciones interpersonales, así como también conocer el nivel de relaciones interpersonales que han adquirido los estudiantes, para la presente investigación se utilizó un enfoque mixto, con un nivel de investigación exploratorio descriptivo y correlacional, como instrumentos se utilizó la escala de habilidades sociales de Golstein y el cuestionario CEDIA para relaciones interpersonales, la población de estudio fueron 109 estudiantes de octavo EGB de la Unidad Educativa “Vicente León”, mismos a los que se les aplico los instrumentos para conocer su nivel de desarrollo de su habilidades sociales y relaciones interpersonales, a través de la correlación de Pearson se pudo conocer que no hay una correlación entre las variables dando así como resultado la hipótesis Nula, posteriormente se realizó el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, obteniendo que los niveles de habilidades sociales se encuentran bien desarrollados mientras que hay un déficit significativo en cuanto a las relaciones interpersonales, posteriormente se realizan las conclusiones y recomendaciones acorde a los resultados. |
| Description: | The present investigation has as its theme: "The social skills and interpersonal relationships of the eighth year students of EGB of the Educational Unit "Vicente León" of the city of Latacunga", which has the objective of analyzing the level of development of the social skills and their influence on interpersonal relationships as well as knowing the level of interpersonal relationships that students have acquired, for the present investigation a mixed approach was used, with a descriptive and correlational level of research, as instruments the scale of Golstein's social skills and the CEDIA questionnaire for interpersonal relationships, the study population was 109 eighth grade EGB students from the "Vicente León" Educational Unit, to whom the instruments were applied to determine their level of development of their social skills. and interpersonal relationships, through Pearson's correlation it was possible to know that n or there is a correlation between the variables, thus resulting in the Null hypothesis, later the analysis and interpretation of the results was carried out, obtaining that the levels of social skills are well developed while there is a significant deficit in terms of interpersonal relationships, Subsequently, conclusions and recommendations are made according to the result |
