Abstract

El presente trabajo contiene el resultado de la investigación, que se ha realizado con el fin de conocer sobre: “EL NIVEL DE CONFIANZA EN LA JUSTICIA ORDINARIA EN CONTROVERSIA CON LOS PROCESOS DE MEDIACIÓN EN EL JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LA NIÑEZ Y ADOLESCENCIA DEL CANTÓN AMBATO”; conocimiento adquirido por medio de la recopilación de la doctrina, jurisprudencia siendo necesaria para proceder con la investigación, efectuando un cambio importante en la sociedad, con la propuesta encaminada a un plan estratégico que dinaminice el bienestar social en los Juzgados . La Mediación es un mecanismo de solución de conflicto poco accesible a los usuarios en el Juzgado de la Niñez y Adolescencia, en la actualidad no se da la prioridad necesaria por parte de los usuarios, quienes desconocen sobre los medios de solución de conflicto. The present thesis is the result of the research performed with the goal to know about “THE LEVEL OF CONFIDENCE IN THE REGULAR JUSTICE IN CONTROVERSY WITH THE MEDIATION PROCESS ON THE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LA NIÑEZ Y ADOLESCENCIA DEL CANTÓN AMBATO" knowledge acquired through the compilation of doctrine and jurisprudence, which is necessary to proceed with the investigation, achieving an important change in society, with the proposal to a strategic plan that seeks the welfare and decrease of causes in court. Being Mediation a conflict resolution mechanism available to users in the Court of Children and Adolescents, currently it does not have the necessary priority by users, who doesn't know about the means of solving conflicts.
