| dc.description | El presente análisis de casos se desarrolló en la empresa VESTETEXSA CA de la ciudad de Ambato conocida como EPCC, Empresa proveedora de cortes cocidos, el principal problema que se encontró fue la inadecuada utilización de herramientas financieras lo que provoco ineficiencia en la administración del capital de trabajo y por ende inacertadas decisiones. Se determinó que durante el año 2015 no existía el suficiente capital de trabajo para operar con tranquilidad, esto resultado de la equivoca toma de decisiones por parte de gerencia acompañado del no utilizar adecuadas herramientas financieras. Se propone para controlar esta problemática la utilización de herramientas financieras específicamente para la empresa un flujo de caja proyectado lo que proporcionara en primer lugar información ordenada y real, el ser una herramienta proyectada ayuda a que se adelante a la situación y por ende permitir a gerencia tomar mejores decisiones para el cumplimiento de objetivos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present case analysis was carried out in the company VESTETEXSA CA of the city of Ambato known as EPCC, a company that provides cooked cuts.
