| dc.description | El Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales del Cantón Píllaro permite a los estudiantes obtener su licencia profesional, el mismo que no puede realizar de mejor manera sus actividades debido a que tiene una limitada planificación financiera ya que es muy importante en la toma de decisiones de la institución. El proyecto evidencia como problema el control financiero el mismo que permite que la institución tenga como causas una descoordinación administrativa financiera y su política y procedimientos inadecuados que provoca que sus finanzas sean utilizadas de forma incorrecta y que los miembros de la institución no tengan conocimientos sobre la planificación financiera. La planificación financiera en el sector de licencias profesionales nos es de gran importancia debido a que se catalogan como pymes es así como se lleve a cabo que una adecuada planificación financiera permite que las decisiones del sindicato en este sector sean de prevalencia para el mismo. Ya que deben aprender a planificar sus finanzas, ya que las organizaciones sean pequeñas medianas o grandes deben tener un plan financiero que le permita llegar a un futuro y prevenirlo el mismo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The Union of Professional Drivers of Canton Píllaro allows students to obtain their professional license, the same one that cannot carry out its activities better because it has a limited financial planning since it is very important in the decision making of the institution. The project demonstrates as a problem the financial control that allows the institution to have administrative financial incoordination as its causes and its inadequate policies and procedures that causes its finances to be used incorrectly and that the members of the institution have no knowledge of the financial planning. Financial planning in the professional licensing sector is of great importance to us because they are classified as SMEs, so it is carried out that an adequate financial planning allows the decisions of the union in this sector are prevalent for the same.
