| dc.description | La presente investigación realizada los estudiantes del noveno EGB. “Dr. Benigno Malo” de la Parroquia Chiquicha, Cantón Pelileo, permitió vislumbrar que presentan bajas calificaciones en el rendimiento académico, los educandos de la mencionada institución carecen de una motivación adecuada, situación que preocupa a las autoridades de la institución y a los padres de familia del noveno año. Sin embargo un estudiante desmotivado no se divierte estudiando, se siente aburrido, cansado y obligado, estas concepciones no permiten el adecuado desarrollo integral de la persona. Esto ha producido una desunión en las relaciones de docente- estudiante, de manera que es responsabilidad de los maestros actualizarse permanentemente en la adquisición y utilización de métodos, técnicas, estrategias sobre motivación y con ello fortalecer el desarrollo emocional de los y las estudiantes. La investigación se fundamenta en el método científico como una forma de comprender la realidad educativa de la población en estudio, la utilización de este método facilitará la comprobación de la hipótesis y se aplicará directamente en la institución educativa “Dr. Benigno Malo”, por lo que el levantamiento de la información será oportunamente analizado e interpretado. Finalmente la investigación está basado en el enfoque crítico propositivo y se planteará una propuesta para solucionar el problema de la motivación intrínseca y desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This research conducted at of students in the ninth EGB. “Dr. Benigno Malo” the Chiquichá Parish, Canton Pelileo, allowed to glimpse that score poorly on academic performance, the students of that institutions lack proper motivation, a situation that worries the authorities of the institution and parents of ninth year. Therefore an unmotivated student studying not fun, you feel bored, tired and forced; these concepts do not allow adequate comprehensive development of persona. Been disunity in teacher-student relationships, so it is the responsibility of teachers continually updated in the acquisition and use of methods, techniques, strategies on intrinsic motivation and thereby strengthen the emotional development and studying. La research is based on the scientific method as a way of understanding the educational reality of the population study, the use of this method facilitate hypothesis testing and applied directly to the educational institution “Dr. Benigno Malo” so that lifting timely information will be analyzed and interpreted. Finally based on critical proactive approach will consider a proposal to solve the problem of intrinsic motivation and development of emotional intelligence. | es_ES |
