| dc.description | The research work was carried out in the banking sector of the Tungurahua province. It specifically addresses communication and the work environment, being a set of processes that favor the exchange of information, prioritizing the understanding of different behaviors in order to create competitive institutions, with levels of productivity to establish themselves in the market. The main objective of the work was to analyze the incidence of communication in the working environment of the banking sector in the province of Tungurahua, considering its importance in generating levels of trust that promote the fulfillment of the vision, mission and strategic objectives, projecting an image positive from the sphere of information, leadership, innovation and socially responsible exercise. In the study an exploratory, descriptive, evaluative, projective and cross-sectional methodology was applied through a survey that includes a structured questionnaire, applied to a population of 279 people who work in the banking sector of the Tungurahua province The information collected was graphed, tabulated, analyzed and interpreted, a process that facilitated the identification of communication levels in the banking sector, obtaining that the inadequate working environment negatively influences the fulfillment of functions with efficiency and productivity. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo de investigación se efectuó en el sector bancario de la provincia de Tungurahua. Aborda de forma específica la comunicación y el clima laboral, siendo un conjunto de procesos que favorecen en el intercambio de información, prioriza el entendimiento de diferentes comportamientos con la finalidad de crear instituciones competitivas, con niveles de productividad para establecerse en el mercado. El objetivo principal del trabajo fue analizar la incidencia de la comunicación en el clima laboral del sector bancario de la provincia de Tungurahua, considerando su trascendencia en la generación de niveles de confianza que promueven el cumplimiento de la visión, misión y objetivos estratégicos proyectando una imagen positiva desde la esfera informativa, el liderazgo, innovación y el ejercicio socialmente responsable. En el estudio se aplicó una metodología de tipo exploratorio, descriptivo, evaluativo, proyectivo y transversal mediante una encuesta que incluye un cuestionario estructurado, aplicado a una población de 279 personas que trabajan en el sector bancario de la provincia de Tungurahua. La información recogida fue graficada, tabulada, analizada e interpretada, proceso que facilitó la identificación de los niveles de comunicación en el sector bancario, obteniendo que el inadecuado clima laboral influye de forma negativa en el cumplimiento de funciones con eficiencia y productividad. | es_ES |
