| dc.description | El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el Bienestar Laboral de los trabajadores y la Calidad de los Servicios brindados a la comunidad en el GAD Parroquial Rural de Izamba. El estudio se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo y correlacional, aplicando los métodos analítico-sintético e hipotético-deductivo. La población incluyó a los 23 trabajadores de la institución y los beneficiarios de sus servicios. En el proyecto social de adultos mayores GADPRI se aplicó muestreo aleatorio simple, mientras que en los demás servicios se encuestó a la totalidad, obteniéndose 451 encuestas para la segunda variable. Los instrumentos diseñados específicamente para este estudio fueron cuestionarios en escala Likert de cinco opciones, con baremación desde muy bajo hasta muy alto. La validez se garantizó mediante juicio de expertos y la fiabilidad se comprobó con el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. Los resultados evidenciaron una correlación significativa entre las variables, determinada mediante la prueba de Rho de Spearman, con un nivel de significancia bilateral de 0,001. El análisis de la baremación mostró que tanto el Bienestar Laboral como la Calidad de Servicios alcanzan un nivel alto. Sin embargo, se identificaron debilidades en las dimensiones de bienestar: salud integración, participación y reconocimiento, y condiciones de trabajo. En respuesta, se propone un conjunto de estrategias de bienestar laboral orientadas desde un enfoque holístico y comunitario, fundamentadas en técnicas e instrumentos del Trabajo Social, con el propósito de fortalecer la gestión institucional y optimizar la calidad del servicio | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between Workforce Well-being of the employees and the Quality of Services provided to the community in the Rural Parish Autonomous Decentralised Government (GAD) of Izamba. The study was developed under a quantitative approach with a descriptive and correlational scope, applying the analyticalsynthetic and hypothetical-deductive methods. The population included the 23 institutional employees and the beneficiaries of their services. Simple random sampling was applied in the GADPRI social project for the elderly, while the entire beneficiary population was surveyed for the remaining services, resulting in 451 surveys for the second variable. The instruments specifically designed for this study were questionnaires using a five-option Likert scale, with a scoring range from very low to very high. Validity was guaranteed through expert judgment, and reliability was verified with the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. The results demonstrated a significant correlation between the variables, determined by the Spearman's Rho test, with a bilateral significance level of 0,001. The scoring analysis showed that both Workforce Wellbeing and Service Quality reached a high level. However, weaknesses were identified in the well-being dimensions of: health, integration, participation and recognition, and working conditions. In response, a set of workforce well-being strategies is proposed, oriented from a holistic and community-based approach, and grounded in Social Work techniques and instruments, with the purpose of strengthening institutional management and optimising service quality | |
