dc.descriptionThe present research called Physical activity levels in the self-esteem of high school students whose general objective was to determine the incidence of physical activity levels in the self-esteem of high school students of the Atahualpa educational unit of the city of Ambato during the period April 2022 - September 2022. Applied in a sample of 200 unified general high school students with a specific sample of 23 students, as a technique the survey will be applied and as a research instrument the questionnaire Ipaq international survey of physical activity and the Rosemberg Test, questionnaire to explore the self-esteem of each person, in the process of statistical analysis of the data and results of the research the statistical package SPSS version 24 was used, for the statistical analysis the Kendall's Tau-b test was applied which determined a correlation value of 0. 521 with an approximate significance of P≤0.05, this value determined the existence of a moderate positive correlation, which allows us to accept the affirmative hypothesis of the study which determines: Physical activity levels have an impact on the self-esteem of unified general high school students, the conclusion reached was that we determined the incidence of physical activity levels on the self esteem of unified general high school students of the Atahualpa educational unit of the city of Ambato during the period April 2022 - September 2022.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación denominada niveles de actividad Fisca en la autoestima de los estudiantes de bachillerato general unificado cuyo objetivo general fue determinar la incidencia de los niveles de actividad física en la autoestima de los estudiantes de bachillerato general unificado de la unidad educativa Atahualpa de la ciudad de Ambato durante el periodo abril 2022 – septiembre 2022. Aplicado en una muestra de 200 estudiantes de bachillerato general unificado con una muestra especifica de 23 estudiantes, como técnica se aplicará la encuesta y como instrumento de investigación el cuestionario Ipaq encuesta internacional de actividad física y el Test de Rosemberg, cuestionario para explorar la autoestima de cada persona, en el proceso de análisis estadístico de los datos y resultados de la investigación se utilizó el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 24, para el análisis estadístico se aplicó la prueba Tau-b de Kendall lo cual determinó un valor de correlación de 0.521 con una significación aproximada de P≤0.05, este valor determinó la existencia de una correlación positiva moderada, que nos permite aceptar la hipótesis afirmativa del estudio que determina: Los niveles de actividad física inciden en la autoestima de los estudiantes de Bachillerato general unificado, la conclusión a la que se llegó fue que determinamos la incidencia de los niveles de actividad física en la autoestima de los estudiantes de bachillerato general unificado de la unidad educativa Atahualpa de la ciudad de Ambato durante el periodo abril 2022 – septiembre 2022es_ES
