Abstract
La motivación es un tema de gran relevancia en las organizaciones, si existe una buena motivación esto ayudara a que exista un buen desempeño laboral por parte de los colaboradores y así obtener mejores resultados en la productividad.
El desempeño de los colaboradores se ve reflejado en las actividades diarias que realizan en su área de trabajo, todo esto depende también de la forma y la manera que los colaboradores se encuentren motivados en la organización. La motivación es un factor que ayuda a analizar la conducta de los trabajadores y por ende llegar a un buen rendimiento y se llegue a cumplir los objetivos y metas propuestas.
Mediante la presente investigación se comprobó que el nivel de motivación en los colaboradores de la Empresa Hidroagoyán es baja y por ende afecta el desempeño laboral en algunas áreas. Para realizar dicho análisis sobre la motivación se aplicó la encuesta MBM de Maslow y para el desempeño laboral se realizó la encuesta 360 grados LLEGANDO a determinar que la baja motivación influye en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores

The performance of the collaborators is reflected in the daily activities they carry out in their work area, all this also depends on the form and manner in which the collaborators are motivated in the organization. Motivation is a factor that helps analyze the behavior of workers and therefore achieve good performance and achieve the objectives and goals proposed.
Through this investigation it was found that the level of motivation in the employees of the company Hidroagoyán is low and therefore affects job performance in some areas. To carry out this analysis on motivation, Maslow's MBM survey was applied and for job performance, the 360-degree survey was carried out, arriving at determining that low motivation influences the job performance of employees.
