| dc.description | This integrative project focused on designing an event log to strengthen risk management at the San Antonio Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltda., in accordance with Resolution No. SEPS-IGT-IR-IGJ-2018-0279 issued by the Superintendency of Popular and Solidarity Economy (SEPS). For the diagnosis, an interview with the General Manager and surveys of staff from different areas were conducted, allowing for the identification of internal and external risk events, as well as their level of criticality. The results demonstrated that the cooperative does not have a formal tool for recording and tracking events. Given this situation, an automated functional matrix was designed to record and classify events according to technical criteria, establishing responsible parties, timelines, and institutional decisions. This tool is aligned with current regulations and will be useful not only in current areas but also in those that will be integrated in future phases of organizational expansion. | |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto integrador se centró en diseñar una bitácora de eventos para fortalecer la administración de riesgos en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Antonio Ltda., de acuerdo con la Resolución N° SEPS-IGT-IR-IGJ-2018-0279 emitida por la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria (SEPS). Para el diagnóstico se realizó una entrevista al Gerente General y encuestas al personal de distintas áreas, permitiendo identificar eventos de riesgo internos y externos, así como su nivel de criticidad. Los resultados demostraron que la cooperativa no dispone de una herramienta formal para registrar y dar seguimiento a los eventos. Ante esta situación, se diseñó una matriz funcional automatizada que permite registrar y clasificar eventos según criterios técnicos, estableciendo responsables, plazos y decisiones institucionales. Esta herramienta está alineada con la normativa vigente y será de utilidad no solo en las áreas actuales, sino también en aquellas que se integren en futuras fases de expansión organizacional. | |
