Abstract
The present work documents in detail a Clinical Case Analysis with the subject: "SPASTIC TETRAPLEJÍA BY SECTION MEDULAR BY TRAUMATISM IN C3- C4", the same that treats of a patient of 25 years of age, of masculine sex the same one that suffers a serious traffic accident 4 years ago, Provoking a clinical picture with neurological signs and symptoms that evolved into spastic tetraplegia of traumatic origin, due to a complete spinal injury, we added the risk factors and critical points related to this case study, the physiotherapist intervenes with a treatment plan alternative in an early and efficient way in order to improve the quality of life of the patient.

El presente trabajo documenta de manera detallada un Análisis de Caso Clínico con el tema: “TETRAPLEJÍA ESPÁSTICA POR SECCIÓN MEDULAR POR TRAUMATISMO EN C3- C4”, el mismo que trata de un paciente de 25 años de edad, de sexo masculino el mismo que sufre un grave accidente de tránsito hace 4 años atrás,
Provocando un cuadro clínico con signos y síntomas neurológicos que evolucionaron en una tetraplejía espástica de origen traumático, debido a una lesión medular completa, añadimos los factores de riesgo y los puntos críticos relacionados con este estudio de caso, el fisioterapeuta interviene con una plan de tratamiento alternativo de forma precoz y eficiente con la finalidad de mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente.
