Abstract
El propósito principal de esta tesis es diseñar un material editorial que compile las
historias y expresiones culturales de la Diablada Píllareña, destacando y difundiendo el valioso patrimonio cultural de esta festividad popular. El área de turismo del GAD
municipal de Píllaro se dedica a la promoción y conservación de las tradiciones locales, organizando eventos culturales y apoyando a los artesanos y comunidades para fomentar el turismo cultural. La justificación del trabajo radica en la necesidad de preservar y transmitir intergeneracionalmente los conocimientos y habilidades tradicionales de la Diablada Píllareña. La pérdida de interés por parte de las nuevas generaciones y la falta de documentación digital adecuada amenazan con la desaparición de esta valiosa tradición. Este proyecto busca incentivar la participación de las comunidades locales y utilizar nuevas tecnologías para garantizar la continuidad del patrimonio cultural. Por otra parte, su metodología empleada incluye la investigación de campo y documental para recopilar información veraz y detallada sobre la Diablada Píllareña. Se definieron los elementos gráficos y editoriales, como tipografías, colores y estilos visuales, que aseguran una representación atractiva y fiel de las historias y expresiones culturales. Como resultado, se creó un diseño editorial atractivo y funcional que facilita la comprensión y el disfrute del contenido. Finalmente la propuesta abarcadora es diseñar un material editorial que compile y difunda las historias y expresiones culturales de la Diablada Píllareña, promoviendo la colaboración entre cantones. Este esfuerzo conjunto garantiza que la riqueza cultural de la Diablada Píllareña permanezca viva y accesible para futuras
generaciones.
Description
The main purpose of this thesis is to design an editorial material that compiles the
stories and cultural expressions of the Diablada Píllareña, highlighting and disseminating the valuable cultural heritage of this popular festival. The tourism area of the municipal GAD of Píllaro is dedicated to the promotion and conservation of local traditions, organizing cultural events and supporting artisans and communities to promote cultural tourism. The justification of the work lies in the need to preserve and transmit intergenerationally the traditional knowledge and skills of the Diablada Píllareña. The loss of interest by the new generations and the lack of adequate digital documentation threaten the disappearance of this valuable tradition. This project seeks to encourage the participation of local communities and use new technologies to guarantee the continuity of cultural heritage. On the other hand, its methodology used includes field and documentary research to collect truthful and detailed information about the Diablada Píllareña. The graphic and editorial elements were defined, such as fonts, colors and visual
styles, which ensure an attractive and faithful representation of the stories and cultural expressions. As a result, an attractive and functional editorial design was created that facilitates understanding and enjoyment of the content. Finally, the comprehensive proposal is to design editorial material that compiles and disseminates the stories and cultural expressions of the Diablada Píllareña, promoting collaboration between cantons.
This joint effort guarantees that the cultural wealth of the Diablada Píllareña remains alive and accessible for future generations.
