dc.descriptionThe present investigation titled "MOTOR ACTION CIRCUITS IN THE MULTILATERALITY OF HIGHER BASIC GENERAL EDUCATION STUDENTS" has as main objective to determine the incidence of motor action circuits in students of Higher Basic General Education, in addition, it has a sample of 30 ninth grade students of the "Charles Spurgeon" Baptist Educational Unit with whom multilaterality was worked through a program of motor action circuits and evaluated with the following tests: Deep Flexion Test (flexibility), Test of Ruffier Dickson Index (endurance), Upper Abdominal Test (strength), 20-meter sprint test (speed), and General Dynamic Coordination Test. In this way, the necessary data was obtained for a subsequent analysis of results and verification of hypotheseses_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación con el tema “CIRCUITOS DE ACCIÓN MOTRIZ EN LA MULTILATERALIDAD DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE EDUCACIÓN GENERAL BÁSICA SUPERIOR” tiene como principal objetivo determinar la incidencia de los circuitos de acción motriz en escolares de Educación General Básica Superior, además, cuenta con una muestra de 30 estudiantes del noveno grado de la Unidad Educativa Bautista “Charles Spurgeon” con los cuales se trabajó la multilateralidad a través de un programa de circuitos de acción motriz y se evaluó con los siguientes test: Test de Flexión profunda (flexibilidad), Test de índice de Ruffier Dickson (resistencia), Test de abdominales superiores (fuerza), Prueba de sprint de 20 metros (velocidad), y Test de Coordinación dinámica general. De esta manera se obtuvieron los datos necesarios para un posterior análisis de resultados y verificación de hipótesises_ES
