dc.descriptionThe present investigation determines the use of the graphic didactic resource in the learning of mathematics in sixth grade students of Basic General Education in the Alicia Marcuard de Yerovi Educational Unit of Salcedo Canton. This research was of an exploratory and descriptive level, since it has allowed exploring the research topic studied and specifying its characteristics. The bibliographic and field modality was put into practice, which allowed reviewing reliable sources and conducting research with students and teachers. The methodology used has a qualitative and quantitative approach, since it allowed to describe and carry out an analysis with the results obtained. Also, to establish what role the graphic didactic resource plays in the learning of mathematics, the structured questionnaire technique with 15 items aimed at teachers and students was applied. A total of 31 students and a teacher were investigated. The conclusion is evidenced in that the students learn in a better way with the use of the graphic didactic resource since when implementing the didactic material they feel motivated and interact with the teacherses_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación determina el uso del recurso didáctico grafico en el aprendizaje de la matemática en los estudiantes de sexto grado de Educación General Básica en la Unidad Educativa Alicia Marcuard de Yerovi del Cantón Salcedo. Esta investigación fue de nivel exploratorio y descriptivo, ya que el mismo ha permitido explorar el tema de investigación estudiado y especificar sus características. Se puso a practica la modalidad bibliográfica y de campo, lo que permitió revisar fuentes confiables y realizar la investigación con los estudiantes y docentes. La metodología utilizada tiene el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, ya que, permitieron describir y realizar un análisis con los resultados obtenidos. También, para establecer qué papel juega el recurso didáctico gráfico en el aprendizaje de la matemática se aplicó la técnica del cuestionario estructurado con 15 ítems dirigidas para docentes y estudiantes. Se investigo a un total de 31 estudiantes y un docente. La conclusión esta evidenciada en que los estudiantes aprenden de mejor manera con el uso del recurso didáctico gráfico ya que al implementar el material didáctico se sienten motivados e interactúan con los docenteses_ES
