Módulo Adaptable, para la emisión de comprobantes electrónicos al Servicio De Rentas Internas (SRI) para el ERP Control Business

Abstract

DESOTEEM es una empresa dedicada a la Consultoría Empresarial, brindando a los clientes soluciones tecnológicas optimizando sus procesos y actividades. Actualmente, uno de los productos que Desoteem ofrece a sus clientes es un ERP, llamado Control Business, el cual está constituido por varios módulos completamente integrados entre sí. El SRI (Servicio de Rentas Internas), desde años atrás ha implementado otra forma de emitir los comprobantes tributarios, exigiendo en primera instancia a los contribuyentes especiales a regirse a este nuevo método. El ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Control Business consta de una herramienta de emisión de comprobantes electrónicos, la cual ayuda a autorizar los documentos generados en el sistema ERP, pero la forma de integración que tiene con otros módulos y manejo de la información generada por el SRI no es el óptimo, dando como resultado el no saber a tiempo si el comprobante tiene algún error, visualización confusa de los reportes generados en el ERP Control Business, inconvenientes en generar una minería de datos de los comprobantes electrónicos generados, problemas en el manejo de la herramienta en el sentido de la parametrización y notificación de algún error o inconveniente que pueda suceder. Por lo que la Empresa DESOTEEM requiere de un mayor alcance ya que actualmente cumple con la emisión de los comprobantes generado por el ERP Control Business, pero no de una forma robusta o estable haciendo que haya problemas en ciertos comprobantes emitidos, por lo que el módulo planteará nuevos procesos internos de emisión de comprobantes, alternativas de procesos de autorización, mejor integración de información entre los módulos y una mejor interacción entre el usuario final y el módulo. Therefore, the DESOTEEM Company requires a greater reach since it currently complies with the issuance of the vouchers generated by the ERP Control Business, but not in a robust or stable way, causing problems in certain vouchers issued, so that the module Will propose new internal processes for issuing vouchers, alternative authorization processes, better integration of information between modules and better interaction between the end user and the module.
