“EL TRÁMITE LEGAL DE PENSIONES ALIMENTICIAS Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL ENTORNO FAMILIAR DE NIÑOS, NIÑAS Y/O ADOLESCENTES ATENDIDOS EN LA UNIDAD JUDICIAL DE FAMILIA, MUJER, NIÑEZ Y ADOLESCENCIA”.

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinarde qué manera incide el trámite legal de pensiones alimenticias en el entorno familiar de niños, niñas y/o adolescentes,para lo cual se desarrolló el marco teórico, se fundamentó la investigación, se determinó la población y se realizó la operacionalización de variables, a partir de ello se elaboró una encuesta para los progenitores que acuden a la Unidad Judicial de Pelileo, cuyos resultados obtenidos sirvieron para dar respuesta al problema presentado, dando como alternativa asesorar a la familia a través de la intervención profesional con la finalidad de que superen sus problemas y sean autores de su propio cambio. De este modo reforzaran la vinculación parento filial entre padres e hijos, además obtendrán conocimientos científicos que den frente a los nuevos fenómenos sociales. This research work has as main objective to determine in which way affects the legal feeding payment procedure on the family surroundings of children and/or adolescents. In this way, the theoretical background was developed, the research was supported, the population was determined, and the variables operational process was executed. Parting from that, a survey was elaborated led to parents who go to the Judicial Unit of Pelileo, the resulted data was useful to help answer the current problem, giving as alternative the family supporting through professional intervention focusing on the aim of overcoming their problems, thus they are their own change authors. In this way, they will reinforce the parentchildhood link between parents and children. Besides, they will obtain scientific knowledge to face the new social phenomena.
