| dc.description | The management of working capital is the fundamental essence which lies in the operation of activities, the proposed objective is to determine the management of working capital and its impact on the financial well-being of the families of the members of the Cooperative of Transport Tungurahua, to obtain an economic planning of finances. In order to determine the relationship between the variables, the methodology was used with a quantitative approach, the correlational and descriptive study, the survey instrument was executed through the internet in application forms of Google to a total of 144 partners, the results yielded, the proposed hypothesis was evaluated by chi square, which allows knowing that if there is a relationship between the two study variables, both the management of working capital and the financial well-being of families, it is concluded, the proposed goals are being gradually fulfilling as planned. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La gestión de capital de trabajo es la esencia fundamental lo cual radica en la operación de las actividades, por ello el objetivo planteado es determinar la gestión del capital de trabajo y su incidencia en el bienestar financiero de las familias de los socios de la Cooperativa de Transporte Tungurahua, para obtener una planificación económica de las finanzas. Con la finalidad de determinar la relacionar entre las variables se utilizó la metodología con un enfoque cuantitativo, el estudio correlacional y descriptivo, para ello se ejecutó el instrumento las encuestas a través de internet en formularios de google a un total de 144 socios, con los resultados arrojado se evaluó la hipótesis propuesta mediante de chi - cuadrado, el cual permite conoce que si existe una relación entre las dos variables de estudio tanto la gestión de capital de trabajo y el bienestar financiero de las familias, se concluye que las metas propuestas se están cumpliendo paulatinamente según lo planificado. | es_ES |
